Return Policy

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

To request a return authorization, you need to go to the site and at the bottom of the home page you will find the section "REQUEST A RETURN" by clicking here REVENGE indicating your name and surname, the order number, the item(s) to be returned, indicating the reason and the type of compensation desired.

Once the request has been initiated and the procedure is completed, REVENGE will send a confirmation email via email and instructions for returning the item(s).


1. The package must be well closed and shipped via post office or any shipping center.
2. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. The return shipment must take place no later than 10 days after receiving the order.

4. Items purchased on sale are not subject to return.

There are TWO types of compensation available:

•Reimbursement
•Return Voucher

As soon as the Return is received and processed, the customer will be contacted at his/her personal email address/number to receive the refund/voucher for the total value of the returned item(s).

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    Items must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use.

    Each item must be returned with all original tags, packaging and accessories received with the order.

    All items must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the only external packaging.

    In the event that the Customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by REVENGE, it is requested to follow the same instructions reported above.

    REVENGE also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all the conditions set out.

    For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European legislation on distance selling shall apply.
